Thousands of tourists, professional and media chefs, and gastronomy enthusiasts have already passed through our restaurant, a benchmark on the island where quality, variety, local flavors and sustainability prevail.

Behind each dish there is a great team from which exquisite and incomparable proposals emanate. A team led by Marga Brunet and Bernat Reinés, our extraordinary chefs who are passionate about their work and dedicated to local gastronomy.


From the orchard to the table. At S'Era de Pula we grow our own ingredients in our garden and work with trusted local producers to offer fresh, quality Mediterranean dishes. Everything is prepared in a homemade way with seasonal foods.

In addition, we make three varieties of wine (red, white and rosé) and we organize tastings at our facilities, taking advantage of Mallorca's wine-producing expansion; and we collect the free-range eggs from our chickens daily.


Our menu is very varied, and although there are star dishes that you can find all year round, we remove some of them to offer other types of proposals depending on the season of the year.

For this season, thinking about the heat and summer, you will find "snacks" and starters that have already become "an irresistible from S'Era de Pula" such as the balfegó tuna tartare with fried egg from Pula or the pickled amberjack, shoots and fresh escarole.

Among the main dishes you can choose fresh meat and fish. Some of the most popular options are the Majorcan rack of lamb with soft wheat stew or the red mullet and langoustine stew.

The finishing touch to this menu is the exquisite desserts, such as our brownie, coffee toffee, English cream with tonka bean or ensaimada tiramisu.


At S'Era de Pula we do not want anyone to go without food. We adapt our Mediterranean cuisine to any type of intolerance, we prepare vegetarian and vegan diets if requested, gluten-free dishes, etc.
